Your Marquee Hire Experience
Today I want talk about the journey and experience about booking a marquee as I understand it’s not an everyday thing.
I also want to show you the difference in the journey in booking a marquee with Party in your Garden Marquee Hire.
Hiring a marquee isn’t an everyday thing – it might not be something your friends and family have ever done before so it’s difficult to ask what the experience is.
The experience with Party in your Garden is you can have a conversation with Adam or Rebecca they lead and direct you to understand what your event requires and make recommendations that we’ll make to make your party an unforgettable one.
We’ll send you lots of photos, lots of videos and case studies to show you what we’ve done in the past to give you an idea of what to expect for your event – and what we can achieve in your back garden.
If you’re unsure what will fit in your garden we have a “virtual site visit” service allowing you to upload images to your garden so we can work out what will work in the same you have. If you’re unsure on whether a marquee will fit in your garden upload some images here and we’ll show you what will work!
We will get a plan in place as to what’s needed for your party and provide 2/3 different packages to show you the various options to suit your budget.
We just require £100 deposit to actually secure your marquee – by far the lowest deposit required in comparison to the 30%+ deposits that most event companies ask for.
When Do You Install my Marquee?
Our install team tends to set up a couple of days beforehand to give you a bit of time to do anything you want to do setting up wise yourself.
We don’t tend to install on the day of your event unless it’s a surprise party. Most events occur on a Saturday or Sunday. We’ll typically set up on the Thursday/Friday and then take down on the Monday or the Tuesday. The set up tends to take around 2-4 hours and we leave the marquee in such a way your guests could effectively arrive from the moment we’ve left.
And that means the experience for you it’s not a big mad rush. You’ve got plenty of time before the event to do any setting up you want to do yourself, and again on the cleanup afterwards – it’s in a relaxed timeframe.
We’ll give you some time to sort of do the cleanup and we’ll take then everything away, you haven’t got to do a thing, it’s all done by us and we’ve designed this experience to make sure it’s as seamless and stress-free for you. Far more relaxing than comparing organising a party at a venue!
